From exercise to fashion to just always a positive attitude, she has the tools that every women over 50 needs in her tool kit. Her first, very successful book, Best of Everything After 50 was packed with valuable tips and info. Coming out this year is her new book– The Small Step Solution: 100+ Simple habits to Look Better, Stress Less and Live Longer– Starting Now ( National Geographic/AARP) offrers simple solutions to seemingly complex problems. I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

Ms Chang infuses flavor with coconut milk, amond meal and ginger to make truely appealing tummy-friendly recipes. The Gastroparesis Healing Diet covers an often ignored topic with much needed information.
