Never didactic or preachy she offers always useful advice from the best way to “plank” to the right way to enhance eyebrows. She is also spokeperson for the national Osteoporosis Foundation and her series of exercises on Youtube are so important for good bone health She is a courageous and positive voice for women over 50 and I am so proud that she is part of Fashion Flash.
