Fashion Flash logoThis week Fashion Flash is hosted by Moving Free with  Mirabai.  There are alot of exercise guru’s out there, but  few  have the credentials that  Mirabai brings to her exercise  programs.  As a  committed couch potato, I’ve found that the exercise  plans  of Moving Free   make  me more flexible without  pain and soreness.  An single  Zumba session sent me to the orthopedist, but Mirabai’s exercise prescription  heals rather than hurts my  low  back  issues.

This week,  the fashion flash  bloggers  are definately  thinking about winter  as Aging Backwards,  The Best of Everything After 50 and Prime Beauty  are looking  at ways to  stay fit and beatiful in cold windy weather.

Fashion Flash logoThis week, Moving Free with Mirabai is hosting  Fashion Flash.  There are certainly  many exercise gurus out there, but none like Mirabai.  She  has three degrees in exercise physiology and hold credentials from four exercise associations.  Not only are her exercise plans carefully developed for maximum results, she  makes certain that you will never get hurt.  Forget about no pain, no  gain.  For Mirabai, if you feel pain, you’re either doing  the exercise wrong or its the wrong exercise for you.   Mirabai has created  exercise programs to build up bone strength, reduce joint problems,  cardiac rehabilitation and  even  exercises for children.  Check out her site  to find the right program for your body.

Fashion Flash logoThis week Mirabai of Moving Free with Mirabai is hosting Fashion Flash.  I  have to confess I am not a gym bunny.  I don’t like to exercise, I don’t even like to talk about exercise. But with Type 2 diabetes exercise is not an option and so I am always looking for  exercise that I can enjoy and that doesn’t  leave me  drained and sore. Mirabai was a dancer and her exercise programs reflect  a dancers respct for their body.  Her moves and routinues are created to  devleop that wonderful  long  line that dancers need to showcase choreography.    She tones the body so that my clothes  just look better even without losing weight.  And when I do  lose a few pounds,  her approach to fitness  makes the most of  even a … Continue Reading…

This week  the  host of Fashion Flash is Mirabai of Moving Free with Mirabai.  From Aqua ballet to Wellness and Nutrition, Mirabai drills down  to explore exercise options.   Rather than a one size fits all solution, Mirabai  keeps  offering different types of exercise  to deal with  different needs and challenges.  This week  her site offers a wonderful short cardio video that gets that heart rate going without endangering 50 plus joints.  I’m a world exercise avoider and this video made me feel better, not exhausted and achy.
